Five tangential spray gun models meter liquid into centrifugal pelleting rotors from 1 kg lab bowls to production — smooth, soft spray with optional protective-air variants.
Highlights
Tangential guns spray into the rotor gap of centrifugal pelleting machines — slot and shield options match machine geometry.
Flow channels tuned for even, gentle atomization onto moving pellet beds.
SLS-QPQ variants add protective air to keep the slot clear.
Applications
- Centrifugal pelletizing (rotor) machines
- Spheronization assist
- Pellet core building with simultaneous spraying

FAQ
What is tangential spray pelletizing and when should I use it?
Tangential (side) spray pelletizing builds pellets by spraying binder or coating onto a rolling particle bed at the rotor edge of a centrifugal machine. Use it for layered pellet growth, coating in the same bowl as pelletizing, or formulations too sticky for extrusion.
Which side spray gun fits my rotary machine?
Model selection depends on rotor diameter and bowl size (ELS-QPQ Ⅰ–Ⅴ). Share your machine model or rotor dimensions for the exact fit.
Can side spray guns handle high-viscosity binders?
Yes, within limits — viscosity, solid content and required spray rate determine nozzle bore and atomization pressure, which we size per formulation; sampling is recommended above standard binder viscosities.
