How a Trial Runs
Send your material, process target and capacity — an engineer replies within one working day with a test plan and quotation. Your material runs on the target machine under documented parameters; you receive the samples, data and photos, and the parameter set becomes the baseline for your production specification if you proceed.
The same machines appear in the commercial range — the S-LAB lab mill and MINI fluid bed used for trials are production-family machines, so results translate instead of fading at scale-up. For capsule projects, filling trials start from 1,000 pieces on the same whole-servo lines offered for production.
