Capsule Filling Trials
- 1,000 / 5,000 capsule samples, then 50k / 100k / 1M tiered quotes after approval
- Test items: brittleness, weight variation, filling speed, machine stop rate, disintegration
- Deliverable: filling performance report with COA
Equipment Material Sampling
- We run milling, granulation, pelletizing or coating trials on the target machine class
- Deliverable: particle size distribution, yield and recommended parameters
- Typical targets: jet mill 1–30 μm, pellet roundness above 99% yield, fluid bed endpoints
Spray and Coating Tests
- Atomization uniformity for top, bottom and tangential guns on your process fluid
- Retrofit verification on your machine model’s specifications before ordering
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Witness FAT on site or by video before shipment. International delegations are regularly received; a site-visit photo record is available on request.
